1 Soda = 50 Minutes Running

I’ve decided to follow in the footsteps of Weight Watchers and my fellow WW Clara by starting Motivation Monday posts.  These are more for myself, but maybe they’ll kick-start your week too.  

I read this article when I first got to work this morning, and it talks about the effects of visibly posting calories at purchase points.  Even though I personally don’t drink soda, I definitely drink and eat a lot of other things I should be more conscious about.  

Stop mindless eating, Tiffany, stop!
