I’ve got a two-for-one deal for you today!
After giving it a second try, I decided this buttermilk mashed potatoes recipe was worthy enough for the blog! It was a hit at Thanksgiving dinner and also with leftovers at home. It goes well, not just for special occasions, but with any every day meal.
I also wanted to share my pork loin recipe with you. I made it a couple of weeks ago and it was a hit. And so easy! You could pair these two recipes together with another veggie on the side (green beans or asparagus perhaps?), and you’re good to go.
