I know what your first thoughts are… “Blech! Cauliflower pizza crust? How good can that be?” Well, pretty damn good; that’s how good. To answer your question: No, it doesn’t taste like regular pizza crust — that would just be silly — but it’s still tasty [and gluten free] none-the-less. And good for you too, to boot. No kneading, rolling, or floury mess with this pizza “dough”!
