Well, look at me with the plethora of recipes lately! I have another amazing one for you this week that’s really simple to make. It finally started getting really cold here in Boston, so what better time to make beef stew than now? It’s really easy to make,and you just (mostly) let it simmer! It made my heart and soul feel all warm and fuzzy and stuff. Well, maybe that was the wine. Who knows.
I served the stew over some quinoa simmered in some broth. It would also taste great over some rice or anything that’ll soak up all that delicious gravy. It’ll be amazing and will leave you begging for more. You’ve been warned!
