This is how my workout schedule is looking for the week:

  • [ √ ] Monday:  Short run and/or EA Sports Active workout  |  EA Sports Active Sports Drills, 30 mins
  • [ √ ] Tuesday:  Cardio 30 mins  |  Cardio 55 minutes
  • [ × ] Wednesday:  EA Sports Active workout  |  no workout
  • [ × ] Thursday:  DOR  |  no workout
  • [ × ] Friday: Cardio 30 minutes  |  err… no workout again
  • [ √ ] Saturday:  Skiing!  |  half day of skiing
  • [ √ ] Sunday:  Skiing again!  |  full day of skiing

Let’s hope I actually stick to my plan this week. 😉
